IPUBLIC NOTICES I COUNTY OF WAIMAIRI I DEDICATION OF COUNCIL LAND FOR STREET PURPOSES It is hereby publicly notified that the following resolution was passed at a Special Meet ing of the Council held in the Council Chambers. Fendalton, on Thursday. September 15 1966: "That in pursuance of the powers vested in it by Sec tion 192 of the Counties Act. 1956, and all amendments thereto, the Waimairi County Council hereby resolves, by way of Special Order, to lay out as public street all that parcel of land, containing 1 rood 33 7 perches, being Lot 9 on Land Transfer Plan No 24889, situated off the south side of Blenheim road and known as Penn place, and that parcel of land, contain ing 1 rood 10.1 perches, being Lot 12 on Land Transfer Plan No. 24648, and being an ex tension of Cutts road.” It is further publicly notified that the foregoing resolution will be submitted to the Ordin ary Meeting of the Council, to be held in the Council Chambers.
