BIGGEST BILL
(N.Z. Press Association* WELLINGTON, Sept. 28. A bill with more clauses than any measure ever dealt with by the House of Representatives was put through its committee stages today. It was the 735-dause Niue Bill which extracts law relating to Niue from the Cook Islands Act. With little debate, the House dealt with the clauses and accepted minor amendments.
