Jury Trial Elected
(N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, Sept. 19. James Falwasser, aged 35, a workman, elected jury trial when he appeared in the Otahuhu Magistrate’s Court before Mr R. M. Grant, S.M., today on a charge of attempted murder. He was remanded by consent until October 6 for the taking of depositions.
