Earthquake In Wellington

WELLINGTON, Sept. 19. An earthquake was felt in Wellington at 4.56 a.m. today. A Seismology Department spokesman said it measured 4 on the Richter scale and was felt in the Ngaio area. It was centred 50 miles from Wellington. Reports said it was also felt at Paraparaumu and Miramar.
