Mr F. R. Picot has resigned from the board of McKenzies (N.Z.). Directors have invited Mr K. H. Allen, of Gisborne, to join the board.
McSkimmlng Ind. McSkimming Industries, Dunedin-based brick, tile and earthenware maker, is to pay an interim 2} per cent ordinary dividend on October 17: ex dividend October 10. Last year’s interim of 21 per cent was followed by a final 5i per cent.—(P.A.)
Wilkins Continuous , Wall ‘ boards.— Directors of Wilkins Continuous Wallboards, Christchurch manufacturing plasterer, announce a dividend on the "A” ordinary shares of 5 per cent. The books Willi not be closed. Profit after tax was £5377 (last year £4267).—(P.A.)
