Cycling Selectors Cause Surprise
(New Zealand Press Association) AUCKLAND. The Auckland cycling selectors caused a minor surprise when they made the former Auckland representative, M. Phillips, only a reserve for* their team to compete in the national road championships at Napier on September 30 and October 1.
