Led bv the test reserve. R. Farrell, the Waterside (Wellington) Rugby League team beat Linwood. 28-20, after trailing by 10 points at half-time at the Show Grounds on Saturday.
For Waterside. H. Tirnu (two). L. Smith (two), E. Te Kawa, and R. McAnene scored tries. J. Walweri kicked five goals. E. Kereopa, W. P. Noonan. M. Whittaker, and M- Morgan scored trie* for Ltnweed and G. J. Rosanowski kicked four goals.
