Cars Break Windows
Two plate glass shop windows, each about 100 ft square, were smashed by cars at the week-end. A window in Milligans Radio shop, 429 Colombo street, near Lawson street was broken when a car struck a veranda post A window in Victoria Furnishen, Ltd., at the corner of Riccarton road and Picton avenue, was smashed when a wheel came off a car and hit the window.
