Wounded In Throat
I fN.Z. Press Association* AUCKLAND. Sept. 18. A man was admitted to the Middlemore Hospital early on Saturday morning with a bullet wound in the throat, suffered in a disturbance in Rangitoto road, Papatoetoe. The injured man is Russell Wilton, aged 24, a storeman. of Lochinvar road. Papatoetoe His condition tonight was satisfactory. Otahuhu detectives called to investigate the incident and took possession of a .22 calibre rifle. A man was questioned but no arrest has been made.
