To Give Lectures
The president of the Royal Society, Professor P. M. S. Blackett, arrived in Wellington at the week-end to deliver the chancellor’s lectures for 1966 at Victoria University. A Nobel Prize winner in physics in 1948, Professor Blackett is the first president of the Royal Society to visit New Zealand while in office. —(P.A.)
