Six Horses For U.S.
Six horses owned by Mr P. Meikle, of Wellington, left yesterday on their way to the United States. They are Worthy Hanover, Spring Sue, Chief Smile, Final Shot, Scotch Song and Giant’s Causeway. With the exception, of Chief Smile and Giant’s Causeway they raced at the Wellington meeting and recorded placings on Saturday night.
