(N.Z P.A.-Reuter—Copyright) LONDON, Sept. 1. Sierra Leone yesterday joined Zambia in threatening to quit the Commonwealth unless Britain settled the nine-month-old Rhodesia independence crisis speedily. Sierra Leone's Prime Minister, Sir Albert Margai, told a press conference in London there was “quite a possibility” that his West African nation would leave the Commonwealth unless satisfactory promises of action to end the Smith regime were given at the conference.
