Planning Of Families (N Z P A.-Reuter—Copyright) KUALA LUMPUR, Sept. 1. The Malaysian Government will launch a family planning programme next month with a sample survey of views on birth control, representative household budgets, and average numbers of children in families. The population of Malaysia is approaching 10 million, with an annual rate of increase of about 3 per cent.
