The Canadian National Exhibition >n Toronto today banned the sale of sweatshirts bearing the slogan “Born To Raise Hell.” These are the words tattooed on Richard Speck, the accused killer of eight Chicago nurses. The sweatshirts were the biggest seller in their line at the exhibition.
