Shot Friend In Court

CANTANIA (Sicily) August 30. Rosalia Signorelli, aged 18. pulled out a revolver and with seven shots killed her 20-year-old boyfriend in front of an investigating magistrate here today, police said. The Magistrate had summoned both for questioning after Rosalia had charged that the youth, Gaetano Piccitto, raped her when she was 14. When Piccitto told the Magistrate he was not prepared to marry her, Rosalia snatched the gun from her handbag and shot him. Police arrested her.
