(N.Z.P.A.-Reuter—Copyright) SALISBURY, August 31. The all-African Opposition in the Rhodesian Parliament walked out yesterday during a debate on the second reading of the Government’s Constitutional Amendment Bill, which provides for the detention of people when there is no state of emergency.
