3.6ni People Affected (N.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) CALCUTTA. Aug. 31. At least 3.6 million people have been affected by floods sweeping 3700 square miles of land in north Bihar State, Eastern India, the Irrigation Minister, Mr Ali Ahmed, said yesterday.
