SAIGON, August 27.
Mrs Foley, wife of the former commander of New Zealand forces in South Vietnam (Lieutenant-Colonel W. C. T. Foley) has been presented with a certificate from the American Red Cross in recognition of her voluntary services in Saigon military hospitals.
