Duke Cancels Trip

LONDON, August 29.
The Duke of Edinburgh has withdrawn from an England polo team to tour Argentina because of the British currency restrictions, Buckingham Palace announced last night.
Buckingham Palace said that because of the foreign travel allowance restrictions, the Duke of Edinburgh would not be able to stay in the Argentine long enough to be available to play.
