Sunderlands
Sir, —I think Mrs N. Virtue may be wrong in her assumption that the flying-boat on display at the Auckland Museum of Transport and Technology is a true Sunderland. While not having seen this aircraft myself, I have reason to believe it is a former T.E.A.L. Solent, not a true military Sunderland.—Yours, etc., WINGS. August 27, 1966.
