Week-End Burglaries
The offices of V. Luisetti and Company, Ltd., in Ashley street, Rangiora, were entered between noon on Sunday and yesterday morning, and £3 18s lid taken from a drawer. A radio and two spray guns to the total value of £4O were stolen from the paint shop of J. L. Roberts in William street, Prebbleton, on Friday. The factory of J. F. Oakley, Ltd., in Fitzgerald avenue, was broken into on Friday night and two cash boxes and £5 in money of a total value of £l3 were stolen.
A radio and £5 in money were stolen from Dick’s Diner, Fitzgerald avenue, on Friday night.
Nothing was stolen when the premises of Blackwell Engineering, Ltd., at the comer of Kilmore street and Fitzgerald avenue were broken into at the week-end. The offices of Maddens and Richards, coal merchants, of Blenheim road, was also entered but nothing stolen. A kea gun valued at £l4 15s was stolen from the Armagh Fish Supply, Armagh street at the week-end. Entry was gained by forcing open a window.
Muir’s Dairy, on the Main North road, Belfast, was broken into during the week end and £l5 in money stole* Four sheep valued at £ll 10s were stolen from a pro- 1 perty in Kennedy's Bush road] at the week-end.
