NEW RUSSIAN SUlT.—This Russian “black monster’’ suit was captured from North Vietnamese soldiers by United States marines. The suit is used by chemical warfare decontamination teams. A spokesman estimated a South Vietnamese soldier would suffocate in about five minutes in the bulky clothing.
