■V Z. Press Association♦ AUCKLAND, Aug. 21. A jockey. David Alan Peake, was fined £25 yesterday for speeding on the Southern motorway. He said he had been in a hurry to get home. Traffic Officer P. G. Rowe said in the Papakura Magistrate's Court that Peake had reached 80 miles an hour. Mr R. M. Grant. S.M.. told Peake: "There is no restraint on your speed as a jockey, but it is different in a motor-car.”
