(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Aug. 19. The Ambassador-designate to Italy (Mr A. D. Mclntosh) will be guest of honour at a formal dinner on Monday night, the first function of its kind to be tendered by the heads of all diplomatic missions in Wellington. The High Commissioner for Canada and Dean of the Diplomatic Corps (Mr K. J.
