KORMAN CHARGED
Factors Ltd. Prospectus (N.Z. Press Assn. —Copyright) MELBOURNE, August 19. A Melbourne businessman, Mr Stanley Korman, was issued with a summons late today alleging a breach of the Companies Act. Mr Korman, of the Melbourne suburb of Toorak, was served with the summons in a city solicitor’s office by De-tective-Sergeant Eric Mudge, who is attached to the Crown Law Department. Mr Korman was charged with having authorised the issue of a prospectus for Factors, Ltd., dated December 2, 1958, containing untrue statements. The summons set down the case for hearing at the city C- urt on September 27. The prosecution by De-tective-Sergeant Mudge was officially authorised by the Attorney-General, Mr Arthur Rylah.
