FOUR POINTS BY VIET CONG
(N.Z.PA. Reuter—Copyright) TOKYO, August 19. The chief Moscow representative of the Viet Cong has listed four conditions for ending the Vietnam war which differ slightly from the four points put forward by North Vietnam in April last year.
According to Moscow Radio monitored in Tokyo the Viet Cong representative listed the following conditions in an interview with Tass news agency: 1. An end to United States “aggression” in South Vietnam. 2. Withdrawal of United States and satellite troops from South Vietnam. 3. Withdrawal of foreign military bases from South Vietnam. 4. Unconditional and permanent ending of United
States air attacks on North Vietnam. The four points In April. 1965, were:— 1. A return to the Geneva agreements on IndoChina. 2. Ending of United State 1 attacks on North Viet nam. 3. Withdrawal of United States troops from Souti Vietnam. 4. Reunification of Vietnam to be solved by the Vietnamese people without foreign interference.
