New Terms For Groundsmen
(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Aug. 15. The Government has approved new conditions of employment for full-time caretakers and groundsmen in primary and secondary schools, technical institutes and teachers’ colleges. Details were being worked out by the Department of Education in conjunction with primary and secondary school boards and the scheme would be put into effect within a few weeks, said the Minister of Education (Mr Kinsella).
