Dairy Factories’ Produce

The value of production of dairy factories has shown substantial increases in the last three years: from £90.1 million in 1961-1963 to £99.9 million in 1963-1964 and £115.7 million in 1964-1965. This follows successive annual increases in volume of production of 6.2 per cent and 7.6 per cent in the latest two years, says the Government Statistician, in the abstracts for July.
