N. Vietnam Denounces

North Vietnam has denounced the United States for bombing a suburban village of Hanoi on Saturday and for continuing its air attacks on populated areas and dykes in the country. “Nhan Dan,” the official mouthpiece, accused the Americans of using anti-per sonnel bombs and demolition bombs to destroy a dyke section of the Red river. The newspaper said the raid on. Nhat Ta village was the second United States bombing of Hanoi suburbs since June 29. More than 30 people, including women, old folk and nine children, were killed or wounded, and 20 houses were reduced to ashes, it said-
