Basketball Plans f.V.Z. Press Association' WELLINGTON. New Zealand senior and under-19 men's basketball teams will tour Australia next year. 1 The national council of the i New Zealand Men's Basketball Association approved both tours on Saturday. ■ Both sides will play in the I Australian state champion- : ships. Invitations to tour New Zealand next year were extended to Tasmania and ! North Queensland by the councilThe council decided that the national inter-zone finals of the 1966 New Zealand championship would be played in Wellington in the first week of September. The finals will probably be played on September I and 2 with the New Zealand team to tour Australia later in the month training over the week-end. Hamilton, Wellington, Nelson, and Otago will play in the series.
