Take-overs By C.S. Invest.
tN.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, July 28. Sir Peter Phipps, chairman of directors of Credit Services Investments, announced today that his company’s take-over offer for the total shareholding of the two Auckland-based finance companies, Haupai Investments Ltd. and A. Bruce Levy Ltd. has received 100 per cent acceptance. This action together with other recent take-overs in the Auckland area will substantially contribute to the company’s expanding Auckland business.
