(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, July 28. The directors of C. and A Odlin Timber and Hardware Company Ltd. announce that the company’s recent issue of 345,000 ordinary shares of 10s each at a premium of 6s 6d a share has been fully subscribed.
Evening Star.—Recommended final dividend of Evening Star, Dunedin, is 6J per cent. Books will be closed from August 18 to August 31.—(P.A.)
