Sir, —1 am intrigued by the ready acceptance by the public and by the various organisations concerned of the report of the special commission on air pollution—intrigued because they have apparently given consideration through their order of reference to the content of the general air we breathe and have not had a word to say about smoke inhaled by folk who find pleasures in cigarettes, the pipe, or a cigar.
