Test Referee
(N.Z. Press Association) PALMERSTON NORTH. Mr J. P. Murphy, of North Auckland, has been selected to referee the second Rugby test between the touring British Isles and New Zealand at Athletic Park, Wellington, on August 6. Mr Murphy, who refereed three of the tests between the All Blacks and the Springboks here last year, has refereed only one of the Lions games—the match against Bay of Plenty.
