PROFIT OF £8559
The Auckland Trotting Club showed a profit of £8559 for the 1965-66 season, in accounts to be presented at the club’s annual meeting tomorrow. The profit is mainly because of a reduction in stakes for the club’s 13 meetings during the season. Stakes totalled £100,473 —a drop of £8353 from 1964-65. The president (Mr P. R. Bridgens) and the vice-presi-dent (Mr R. Lewis) will be re-elected unopposed,
