Three Men Injured
Mr E. C. Smale, of 46 Hampshire street, suffered head and chest injuries in a collision between two cars at the corner of Blenheim and Annexe roads about 7 a.ra. yesterday. He was admitted to Christchurch Hospital, where his condition last evening was reported to be satisfactory. Mr J. Dewhurst, of 36 Rockinghorse road, suffered head injuries in a collision with a car at the corner of Breezes and Dyers roads at 7.23 a.m. His condition at Christchurch Hospital last evening was satisfactory. At 5.50 p.m., Mr J. D. Wallace, of 24 Southey street, suffered minor facial and leg injuries when he fell from a power-cycle outside 57 Ruskin street He was admitted to Christchurch Hospital. His condition last evening was reported to be satisfactory.
