CHARGES OF MURDER
Remanded For Fortnight Winifred Mary Tozer, aged 50, a housewife, was charged at a special sitting of the Magistrate’s Court yesterday with the murder of her children, Eileen Rose Tozer, aged 15, and James William Tozer, aged 13, on June 2 at Christchurch. She was represented by Mr R. G. Blunt, who consented to a remand to June 27. Mr K. H. J. Headifen, SM, was on the bench.
