‘TACT WITH CHINA'
Soviet Leader’s Claim (N.Z.P.A.-Reuter —Copyright) MOSCOW, June 13. A Kremlin leader said that Russia was showing restraint and tact in handling its bitter ideological dispute with China. Mr Mikhail Suslov, Politburo member and the Soviet Communist Party's chief ideological expert, said that unity of the world Communist movement was particularly important in present conditions. “Our party shows restraint, tact and persistence in searching for w-ys and means of overcoming the present differences,” he told an election meeting in Leningrad.
