Plan To Quell Strife In Hue ; (N.Z.P.A.-Reuter—Copyright) HUE, June 13. : The South Vietnamese Government today sent more tough riot police to the rebellious northern city of Hue to strengthen its hand in its attempt to regain control. About 120 steel-helmeted national “combat policemen,” clad in camouflage uniforms and armed with tear gas, arrived by truck after being flown from Saigon. A first contingent of riot police moved to Hue three days ago to restore order and security, after three months of virtual anarchy.
