Agricultural Adviser
(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, April 25. Massey University has appointed a "roving professor” as an overseas adviser on agricultural education. He is Mr R. H. Schwass, senior lecturer in agronomy at the university and a Massey graduate. Mr Schwass will be permanently seconded to the External Affairs Department and will spend much of his time overseas.
