Pacific Tests Planned
f.V.Z Pres* Assn. —Copvriffhtt MOSCOW, April 25. Russia has announced it will begin firing new and improved space rockets into two target areas in the Pacific. Emphasis on the cosmic nature of the tests, expected to begin today, indicated the Russians may be preparing new rockets for manned moon flight.
