PRIVATE MEETING
(N.Z. Pr.ss Association)
TIMARU, April 22.
A Geraldine family met the Queen Mother privately before she boarded the Britannia late this afternoon. They are the Rev. M. Warren, Vicar of Geraldine, and his wife and two children. For Mrs Warren, the Royal visit was the chance for a brief reunion with the Queen Mother’s Lady-in-Wait-ing, Lady Jean Rankin. They once did refugee work together in Austria.
