Star Quality Breaks Leg
Star Quality fractured a cannon bone when exercising on the plough at Riccarton yesterday and is likely to have finished racing. The Goretrained Kurdistan gelding was brought north for hurdle races at the Canterbury Jockey Club’s autumn meeting and was also an acceptor for the Opawa Handicap today.
