CONFERENCE ON MILK
Move Welcome To Board The chairman of the Christchurch Metropolitan Milk Board (Mr H. E. Denton) has welcomed the decision of the Committee of Supply to hold an open meeting to discuss the supply of milk to the city. Mr Denton was commenting on a report that the committee had unanimously agreed to the suggestion of the Minister of Health (Mr McKay) that it confer with the board and other interested parties on the subject. Mr Denton said the Milk Board was delighted that the conference would be open to the public and the press. "My board hopes that the outcome of the talks will be satisfactory to everyone concerned,” he said.
