AIRLINE STRIKE
(N.Z P A.-Reuter—Copyright) NEW DELHI, April 8. Navigators of India's Stateowned airline. Air India, have called off their strike, which grounded the airline's fleet of seven Boeings for 19 days. The navigators were protesting against an official tribunal award which ended their seniority and pay differentia) over flight engineers. A statement said the Prime Minister, Mrs Indira Gandhi, had given an assurance that the status quo on ranking would be maintained, and endorsed assurances by the Air Minister, Mr Reddy, that discrepancies would be removed by mutual discussions.
