OLYMPIC VENUE
Four Cities Bidding (N.ZP. A.-Reuter—Copyright) ROME. The International Olympic Committee will meet in Rome later this month to decide where the 1972 Olympic Games will take place. Signor Giulio Onesti, president of the Italian Olympic Committee, said yesterday that Madrid, Munich, Detroit and Montreal were bidding for the summer games. Candidates for the 1972 Winter Games are Salt Lake City (United States), Sapporo (Japan), Lahti (Finland) and Banff-Calgary (Canada).
