Open Meeting Called The Committee of Supply had unanimously decided to accept the suggestion of the Minister of Health (Mr McKay) that it call a meeting with the Christchurch Metropolitan Milk Botrd and other interested parties to discuss the supply of milk to the city, the chairman of the committee (Mr E. I’. Stokes) said in a statement yesterday. “The committee is not disposed to hold a meeting in camera, and its decision is subject to the strict condition that those attending agree to the press being present.” he said.

The committee had received a request from the Minister to call a meeting with the board and other parties directly concerned with the milk supply to Christchurch, Mr Stokes said. All were being advised of the committee's decision.
