SHOOTING FATALITY
Man Killed In Bush
(N.Z Press Association) ROTORUA, April 5. An Auckland man was killed in a shooting accident in bush country near Rangitaiki, south-east of Taupo yesterday. He was David Wallace, aged 23, married, w’ith two children, a factory worker, of Bannister place, Mount Roskill. Police said Mr Wallace was a member of a hunting party near the Hinemia hut at the time of the accident. He was shot by a member of another hunting party in the area. Fatally Hurt A 35-year-old man was fatally injured when the stock-laden truck and trailer he was driving ran into a bank on the Kawhia road about 7 p.m. yesterday. He was 11. Nikora, married, of Main South road, Otorohanga.
