Heaphy Cards
Full-colour reproductions of Heaiphy prints of early New Zealand will b«> featured on two of the Bed Cross Society’s Christmas cards this year, according to the society’s news bulletin. A third card at a lower price will have a design similar to last year’s, which consisted of figures in various national costumes. Available to members, the cards were introduced last year on trial, 33,000 being sold for a net profit of more than £3OO. Tt was hoped that sales this year would be considerably increased, the bulletin said.
