(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, April 4. - Dr. A. M. Finlay (Opp.. Waitakere) has accepted an invitation to appear on television after he returns from South Vietnam from a fact-finding mission. Earlier today the leader of the five-man mission, Mr D.
firmed his acceptance of the N.Z.B.C. invitation and said: “One is grateful for the opportunity to learn at firsthand what is going on in this controversial area.”
Dr. Finlay said there were “some disturbing indications” that official quarters viewed the tour as a diplomatic junket rather than—as he did

I want to ask are to be found in Saigon, but I intend to pursue them as vigorously as possible. “Our itinerary includes
Bien Hoa and Qui Nhon, and seems to include areas where the ordinary people of South Vietnam live—or more accurately, perhaps, exist. “If we can get through to them, they may perhaps have the answers that the dignitaries are unable to give,” said Dr. Finlay. The mission will leave Auckland on Thursday, and are due to leave Saigon for New Zealand on April 18.
